How to Replace a Toyota Camry Side Mirror

How to Replace a Toyota Camry Side Mirror

If you have a broken or damaged side view mirror on your Toyota Camry, you can get a replacement from the dealer, a salvage yard or some auto parts stores. You can change the mirror easily with basic tools and paint it to match the car prior to installing it. You will need to specify whether your mirrors are electric or not when you purchase replacements. Since both mount the same way, you can choose to go without the electric adjustment.

Disconnect the electrical connector from the wiring pigtail on the mirror if your car has power-controlled mirrors. Remove the three mounting screws with a Phillips head screwdriver and remove the mirror from the car door.
