      Identify that it is indeed the maintenance light that is on. See the red arrow in photo for the location and maintenance light in dashboard.

      With the car off, insert key into the ignition and turn the key to the on position without starting the vehicle.

      Change to odometer so it reads the total miles and not the trip mileage. See the blue arrow in photo for the location of the button to change odometer from trip mileage to total mileage. See the green arrow in photo for the location of the odometer.

Tips & Warnings

  • It may take more than one attempt so be patient.
